As summer winds down, wasps can start acting a bit out of sorts. Worker wasps leave the nest in search of sweet foods, and fallen fruit is especially appealing. Once it begins to ferment, the alcohol it produces can make wasps noticeably more irritable and more prone to stinging.

Treatment for a Wasp/Hornet nest is £80.

20 mile radius of Shebbear - accessible nests only included in this price.

Pesticide free options are available.

Happy Bank Holiday 😊

Mondays Rat Fact:

A rat’s teeth grow up to 14 cm a year, so they gnaw constantly — cables, pipes, floorboards, even aluminium.
If you’ve spotted unexplained damage around your home/business or farm buildings, it might not be wear and tear… it could be teeth at work.
Luxton Pest Control Devon can help.

Wasps don’t just sting — they’re nature’s tiny pest controllers.
A single wasp can hunt and remove up to 100 other insects a day, including flies, caterpillars, and spiders. That means when they build a nest near homes, their activity skyrockets… and so does the risk.

Why choose Luxton Pest Control Devon?

• Rapid response.

• Safe, professional treatment BASIS PROMPT accredited, fully insured, and compliant with UK pest control standards.

Every nest I treat/remove always truly intrigues me.
