✨Cancellation and payment policy.
We understand clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so we ask for at least 48hours notice, should the appointment be cancelled less than 24hours before a 50% fee of the service(s) will be charged.
⭐ If payments are not paid in full 48 hours after we have serviced your home, we will send you a reminder. If the payment is not paid in full after 5 days, we will unfortunately have to cancel your slot going forward ⭐
