Company policies information:
Cancellation rule:
Any cancellations made within 24 hours notice will require full payment.
We understand that things happen but as a small business we need time to be able to fill that slot and unfortunately 24 hours is not enough. However we are more than happy to try and change your slot/time/day if we are notified about it within more than 24 hours.
Property access:
If we can't access the property this will also require full payment. However if we are waiting to access the property and we are eventually able to do so the clean will still continue, although the time that we waited will be taken off your clean.
Changing times/slots/days:
We will always try to give our customers information and warn them of any inconveniences happening on the day of their clean, like traffic etc.
If we need to change your time/day/slot of your clean on the same day, we will try our very best to give you plenty notice and try to rearrange on a day and time that’s most suitable for you.
If we know in advance problems on our side are going to be an inconvenience to your slot/day/time, we will always give plenty notice and try to rearrange your slot to what is convenient to you.
