Polite reminder to our customers.
All domestic customers will receive a slip with all our details on that slip after your windows have been cleaned.
The slip clearly states that all overdue payments are to be made within 7 days of your windows been cleaned.
We have a two strikes and your out rule, this meaning we will clean your windows twice and if payment hasn’t been made we will then leave you a slip saying your windows are on hold until payment has been received.
We’ve had a couple of customers moaning today because they’d not paid their bill for 8 weeks, cleared their bill over the weekend but had a slip through their doors saying they had been put on hold, the simple answer to this is pay your bill on time and this won’t happen.
