Good news, the Power is back on in the Shanklin shop😁
The electricity provider has worked through the night and have uncovered a cable fault in the road

The Launderette is fully operational, but at the moment Clarendon Road is closed due to the hole and a back up generator on site.
I am sure this will be rectified today.

Shanklin Launderette electricity update

The Electricity provider has been on site, it seems we have an issue with our incoming 3 Phase supply.
This is their responsibility and they are going to rectify the issue overnight, which seems to involve digging a few holes in the street to find the cable fault etc, so fingers crossed all will be fine by the morning.

Unfortunately we have an electrical fault in our Shanklin Launderette.
We have had to close the Shop while we wait for the electrician, and unfortunately it is a bank holiday!
We will update as soon as we can.

Our Sandown Launderette is open as usual

Easter Opening Hours

We are open as usual over the long Easter weekend for Self Service 8am til 8pm

Service washes, collection and delivery also remain the same for Easter Monday

So no change really!😁

After 10 years of trading, we have put the Launderette and Laundry business up for sale, as at some point in the future we would like to retire.

The sale includes the Self Service Launderettes in Shanklin and Sandown, plus the commercial, collection and delivery side of the business.
