I would just like to say a few words about my staff.
Every single one of them is amazing, I truly appreciate them all so much because of what they do. They do a great job with the time allowed/stated.
Sometimes they may miss something - it happens, they are human after al.
I have recently had the following comments -
“Your cleaner was great but spent so long cleaning the main bathroom they didn’t have time to do the en-suite”
Cleaners response- the bathtub was extremely marked with crayons and full of bath toys, the glass for the shower was water marked so took ages to scrub, the plug was blocked with hair, the sink was covered in dried up toothpaste, the toilet itself took 15 mins of interior scrubbing due to “stains” and the floor needed scrubbing in areas behind the toilet. Asked the husband who was working from home if he was happy to pay for longer and the reply was no.
I also had a moan from another clean that two rooms were missed - even though they had said that they were last on the list if there wasn’t enough time. (Would only pay 3hrs to do a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom downstairs extended property)
Grumbles about dust remaining on a skirting board and when asked for a photo it was behind a huge chest of drawers.
And the best one was - the hall floor has footprints on it and the toilet wasn’t flushed - the cleaner said that as they were leaving the son was just going into the house….
I have many more but please before you want to moan please just remember that everyone has feelings, we are not miracle workers, we are not robots and we are certainly not magicians.
