This gold Ford Tourneo came in for our Revive service after too many car washes had left the paintwork dull and flat.
It is used for luxury travel bookings only, so presentation matters. The customer wanted it looking right again, but wanted to keep things sensible on budget too, which made Revive the right fit.
We allowed a day and a half for the job, working around school runs and childcare, so it had to be tackled in the right order. Day one was all about the outside with the clean, decontamination and polishing. Once back on it later that evening, the priority was finishing the polishing and getting the ceramic hardcoat applied before the weather turned.
Day two was for the interior, glass, tyres and final finishing, although the forecast rain turned into an absolute gale instead. Every time a door was opened, the wind seemed determined to throw dust and leaves straight back inside, so the hoover earned its keep.
By the end of it, the Tourneo looked how it should again. Gloss back, finish sharper, and even the scrape on the driver’s door came out far better than expected.
