"Smile when you don't feel like it"......is what an old friend once told me.

At the time I didn't fully get what he meant.

But as a business owner, it is now probably one of the most fundamental behaviours that I incorporate into my daily life.

Because I'm not just responsible for my own mood, I'm also responsible for how staff feel when they talk to me, and how current or prospective customers feel when they interact with me too.

Yes it can be hard, yes it can feel counter intuitive, "Surely, this is toxic positivity am I right?!".

No.

A smile doesn't only have the power to lift up our own spirits, but can also have a HUGE impact on how others feel when they interact with us too.

Currently recruiting for a COMMERCIAL CLEANING SUPERSTAR on a 9hr per week contract, 3hrs on Monday Wednesday and Friday close to Manchester city centre!

This is in an evening shift and will suit a cleaner that perhaps has other cleans or family responsibilities during the day.

We're looking for someone who:
- has bags of energy and a can do attitude
- someone with cleaning experience from a UK based cleaning company
- someone who may want to take on additional hours and training to carry out other cleans that we do.......end of tenancies, deep cleans, domestics etc

Pay will start at £11.75.

As our reputation for Deep Cleaning has spread over the last couple of years, we're now being contacted more frequently by families of loved ones that are struggling, local authorities and NHS mental health teams referring clients that desperately need a helping hand.

Clients that require these type of cleans often suffer with a lot of shame and of course that shame only becomes greater as time goes on and things build up. When living conditions become problematic due to mental health or hoarding disorders, families of loved ones often feel unable to visit their home, which can lead to greater isolation for the client and the shame can sadly start to deepen.

When we're asked to come in and help, we understand that someone has taken a HUGE first step in allowing us into their home.

It's some of the most satisfying and important work that we do.

And cleans like this really can be life changing for clients and their families.

Everyone deserves a clean home, no-one deserves to feel shame if they're suffering from a mental health condition of any kind.
