Home Support Worker – St Helens
Part-time positions available (13 hours & 20 hours per week)
We provide a high-quality home support service, assisting individuals to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. In this role, you will work with your own designated clients, building meaningful and trusting relationships.
We are looking for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional support,consistently exceeding client expectations and ensuring every client feels supported, valued, and comfortable after each visit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing companionship, including spending time with clients living with dementia
• Supporting clients with light household tasks while engaging in friendly conversation
• Accompanying clients on outings such as shopping or short walks
• Ensuring clients’ homes are clean, safe, and welcoming
Our clients come from a variety of residential settings, and each visit is an opportunity to make a genuine difference to someone’s day.
Requirements:
• A genuine passion for helping others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and the ability to work independently
• Own transport is essential
• An up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
