A visit to Love2Stay Shrewsbury yesterday to catch up with Lyndsey, our Housekeeping Manager, and get our new Godfrey Group app set up on site.

Love2Stay will be our test site for the app before we begin rolling it out across all of our sites. The app will provide our clients with digital cleaning reports, giving greater visibility, improved communication and a more streamlined way of tracking the work our teams complete.

A big thank you to Mia and Mel for all of the hard work that has gone into developing and getting the app ready for launch. It’s been great to see it come together and we’re looking forward to seeing the benefits it will bring across the business.

It’s been a busy start to the year for Godfrey Group, with several new Holiday Parks now up and running with our Housekeeping Service.

In 2026 so far, we’ve partnered with Delamere Lake Holiday Park, Fishpool Holiday Park in Delamere, Riverside Holiday Park in Southport, The Astbury Golf & Lodge Resort in Bridgnorth, Brokerswood in Westbury, Fairwood Lakes Holiday Park in Dilton Marsh, Padstow Holiday Village in Cornwall, Hillcroft Park in the Lake District and Roydon Marina in Roydon.

Our first couple of weeks at The Astbury Golf & Lodge Resort have been nothing short of rewarding.

Starting over the Easter Bank Holiday was a challenge in itself, but I’m proud to say every lodge was handed back ready for a 4pm check-in. A strong start.

We’ve successfully completed a TUPE transfer and have already begun elevating standards across the site. Like any transition, there were a few initial questions and adjustments, but it’s been great to see the team settling into their new roles and embracing the level of service we aim to deliver.

We’ve also introduced some of our experienced team members onto the site, helping to set a strong benchmark and support continued improvement across the board.

We’ve already had some fantastic feedback from the on-site team, with one quality check comment standing out:
“24 looks the best it ever has!”

As you grow, we grow with you and we’re confident about what lies ahead.

Finally, a big thank you to Craig, Jamie and the entire team at The Astbury. This site falls within Laura’s region, so she’s had the pleasure of helping get things up and running. The warmth, focus and support we’ve received has made a real difference. It truly feels like a partnership, and we’re excited to be part of what you’re building.
