Mander Maids offer a range of services including regular or one off cleans, deep cleans & end of tenancy cleans. Fully insured, professional but down to earth, reliable & trustworthy. We offer hourly slots for house cleans, whether you want a general clean or a one off deep clean.
For regular general (weekly or fortnight) cleans they will initially include a deepclean, focusing on removing cobwebs, cleaning skirting boards, light fittings & fixtures, radiators & door k***s etc. There after (on your scheduled cleaning day) these duties will still be completed along with the agreed cleaning agreement. Your first clean may take longer than additional weekly cleans, depending on what is needed/or necessary. Following the first clean it is likely not to take as long each week there after.
*Please note depending on the size of your property will depend on how long it will take to clean the whole house from top to bottom doing a thorough clean*
Cleaning materials/Equipment
Clients are asked to provide cleaning equipment & ensure that all cleaning materials needed are available. We do bring a basic cleaning pack to jobs but it is down to the home owner/client to ensure that these are provided, icluding a good working hoover. There's nothing worse than going to clean & not being able to clean to a high standard due to a hoover not picking up properly. ( For example)
Using clients cleaning equipment is not only easier for the cleaner due to less to carry or transport to each job but also very beneficial to the client. We all have our favourite cleaning products & may prefer one brand over another, or prefer to use eco friendly products. So rest assured that your home will be cleaned with what you provide & prefer.
Here at Mander Maids if we do provide our own materials for a certain job, they will always be eco friendly & we will always ask first.
End of tenancy cleans.
We also offer one off deep cleans & end of tenancy cleans.
Price depends on the size of the property & how dirty or clean a property is. If a property requires an extremely intense deep clean & is also a large property, it is likely to take longer & therefore increase the price.
In addition to a deep & thorough clean from top to bottom, all end of tenancy cleans include oven cleaning & inside windows.
With end of tenancy cleans we provide our own equipment & materials.
