Ok so a new concept have recently come to my attention. I'm not sure I have quite grasped the moral behind it but it all make sense. So no whipping kids or threaten to do so. Because wen we do we r showing and teaching them cruelty which they then reciprocate. Apparently guilt tripping our kids by saying things like I'm sad, you make me cry is a much better way of getting them to behave good. Reaching out to the love they have for us is what will make them behave decently and make them better citizens and ultimately make a better nation.

At Waybaloo we believe that children can only reach their full potential if they are provided with a clean safe environment that's why we'd our utmost best to offer this. We are recommending a reward system to encourage our children to learn and we would like to ask parents to do the same at home. If a child do good praise them and show them that you appreciate that they have done good. If they fall short do not show anger but praise their effort before explaining how they can improve. Children just as adults also have feelings and they react to how you treat them so always use positive reinforcement
