🚨 CUSTOMER UPDATE 🚨

Firstly, we’d like to say a huge thank you for your patience over the last couple of weeks.

Emily, the kids and I have just returned from our first family holiday in two years, so we’re currently working our way through the mountain of messages, emails and enquiries received during this period. If you’re waiting to hear back from us, please bear with us – we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.

We also wanted to apologise for being so quiet on social media recently. While things may have looked a little quiet online and there’s been some speculation relating to whether we’re still operating, it’s actually been the complete opposite behind the scenes! The team have been incredibly busy over the last couple of months, and both Emily and I have been out on the tools five, and sometimes six, days a week to help keep up with the demand.

There’s also been a few exciting things bubbling away in the background that we’re looking forward to sharing with you in the coming months.

One thing this period has highlighted is that, as the business continues to grow, we need to refine some of our processes so everything continues to run smoothly if we’re ever away from the business, whether that’s for a well-earned holiday, illness, or family commitments. It’s all part of building a stronger business that continues to provide the level of service our customers expect.

Thank you, as always, for your continued support. Whether you’ve booked us before, recommended us to friends and family, or simply liked and shared our posts, it genuinely means the world to us.

Don’t worry guys, despite some recent speculation online, we’re still here doing what we do best.
