After not posting on this page for a very long time, I want to thank all our previous and current customers who has supported this business for the last 4 and a half years.

Not many people know this has always been my side business. I now need the time to push forward in my next business adventure so will now only be covering wasp nests.

We was called by a customer after they were hearing concerning noises in the cavity wall between the house and garage.

On inspection we discoveres there was a hole that an electrician had not bothered to fill after completing work which caused a draft into the cavity, creating the noises she was hearing. Also the hole meant the insulation kept falling from the cavity and all over the garage.

After the customer recently lost her partner she had no one to sort the garage so I stepped in and got the job done for her by removing stuff she no longer wanted and organised the garage so it was now safe and clean of any debris.

Garage door seal had been damaged so we installed brush strips to the door to stop any potential rodents from entering but also to stop again further debris from building up.

I will always go above and beyond for our customers as it isn’t always just about pest control itself👍

12 solar panels proofed recently using galvanised mesh & clip system.

We tested out the new and improved clips by that allows you to remove the clips if necessary for maintenance with the 3 piece system.

All gutters cleared of debris and washed through.

Conservatory and patio area treated with biocide to remove bacteria from the pigeons guano and whole area jetwashed, making this a safe useable area for the customer right in time for the ☀️

After a cctv drain camera survey was carried out on the clients property there was no fault in their system which lead me to the neighbours manhole that discovered fresh rat droppings. Checked daily to see if more would appear and correspond with the customers noises, which it did.

A cctv drain camera was then carried out on this system and found a missing collar underneath converted garage that cannot be accessed to repair so installing one way rat valves has put an end to a long standing rat infestation.

Second part to this job completed last week.

Additional ceiling removed to decontaminate the area and reveal entry hole.

The rats had burrowed from the neighbours sewer pipe work, that had been missing a collar underneath their garage which the rats then dug across to climb up the wall cavity gaining access into the loft space.

Entry hole proofed up but the way we solve this issue is on our next post.

Another bird proofing job completed yesterday.

Last seasons bird nest removed and fascia and soffits proofed up correct using our mesh system meaning the customer will no longer have sleepless nights.

Rats above office flat roof ceiling.

We discovered the damage was;
-structurally to the roof joists
-electric cables have been gnawed making it a serious health and safety issue, risk of fire!
-water pipes burst due to the rats gnawing, major leak caused and leaving the clients without water.
-horrendous smell in the house due to the rodent infested insulation and plasterboard.

Job is now on hold till we investigate further by pulling an adjacent ceiling down. Then an electrician and plumber to make the house safe before repair work is also carried out.

Rodents in your property is NOT something that should be taken lightly and this is the evidence of that. Call a professional company before you are faced with these distressing issues.
