Dear customers, sorry we are unusually late with many of you at the moment. I've had a very bad flu that's lasted for 4 weeks and I've only just started at work again this week. Unfortunately I was already behind before I became ill due to the very wet weather which has compounded the issue.
I have some help from my worker Brandon and we are expecting to reach most of the most overdue customers next week. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

A message to all our customers!

We have resumed our service after being closed due to Covid19. We have made changes to be able to work safely and follow the Government guidelines on safe working practices.
We will no longer be pushing calling cards through the door and will also no longer be taking cash payments. Also we are taking precautions such as wearing gloves, sanitising anything we may touch such as gate latches and keeping our distance.

Text message notifications will now be sent out:
• To let you know when to expect us
• To let you know that your windows have been cleaned
• To send you the invoice and balance due
• To keep you updated with any changes to our service

To do this we will need a mobile number for each customer so if you have not already done so, please can you send a text message with your name and address to 07810 34 23 07

The majority of our customers are already paying by electronic methods but if you are currently paying by cash, full instructions are available on request and all our text message invoices contain a link to set up payment and also our bank details.

If you have any concerns about these changes or need any assistance setting up payment please contact us.

Apologies to all customers who's windows are overdue. The first lot of bad weather 3 weeks ago killed the van and it's been a mad dash getting a new van kitted out ready for work. We are up and running now but with the continued bad weather getting through the backlog of work has been slow progress but we'll get to you soon!

We've moved house from Bolton to Kimberworth Park so there may be a few delays until we get back into a routine but we are closer to the majority of customers now so will cut down on travel time and should be getting around the work faster now!

New! Link to set up a Direct Debit. Very simple and only takes a minute or two. The payment comes out a few days after the windows are cleaned and always gives you advance warning.

We've had a new addition to our family in May with a new baby and i had taken paternity leave until the middle of june so many customers have had their window cleaning dealyed. We're getting back on track now so apologies if your windows are cleaned late this time but we will get there eventually!
