TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1Standard service time for my bridal dress cleaning service is 2 weeks. However, prior to cleaning, the dress will be inspected and in the event of any issue or discrepancy, I will contact the customer to discuss prior to the dress being cleaned. Consequently,
standard service time is increased proportionately. It may be agreed between both parties that the dress is returned to the customer without being cleaned. Where this is the case, courier charges may apply
2. I endeavour to ensure all items are treated with expert care and attention to achieve the best possible results. I treat every dress appropriately and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, as per the care label, however it is not possible to offer a guarantee that issues will not arise from time to time.
3. Wedding dresses are cleaned at owner's risk. Bridal Gown Clean and Box Service cannot
be held responsible for fading, shrinking, degradation or distortion. Wedding dresses
are designed to be one-off, special occasion dresses therefore embellishments are not designed to be cleaned repeatedly 4. Wedding dresses are cleaned using gentle processes due to the delicate nature of the fabric, but the age, storage conditions, nature of any marks and the construction of the fabric influence the removal of the marks. In spite of the gentle cleaning process used,
beads and trims may occasionally loosen and deteriorate and can also fall off. Cleaning
can sometimes highlight marks or damage not noticeable prior to cleaning.
5. I cannot identity all such problems listed before cleaning but will take the utmost care to minimise them.
6. Using our service is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Disclaimer

I will always make every effort to treat wedding dresses appropriately and with the atmost care, however it is impossible to make any guarantee that issues will not arise from time to time. Using my service is deemed as acceptance of this policy.
