This patient contacted me regarding Unilateral Occlusion and was suffering with symptoms of pain, dizziness and hearing loss, and required URGENT help!
Booked and seen in the same week (3 days after contact) 🥳

A quick inspection found both ears to be filled with thick/sticky earwax👂🏼

Using our highly specialised Endoscopic camera I was able to safely and comfortably clear both ears with Microsuction & ENT grade equipment (Jobson Horne)

ALL SYMPTOMS were relieved instantly and patient was surprised by the difference in sound clarity 🔊

Amazing day🤩
Back story: This Patient was suffering from fully occluded earwax. They had been seen 1 week prior by a local nurse who was unable to remove the blockage via microsuction.
The patient was left in excruciating pain and blocked hearing. Also they were unable to use olive oil drops as it further stimulated the pain.

Patient contacted me privately after visiting my website. After a brief phone consultation, I booked them in for an emergency appointment 📞☎️

Removed and cleared both ears in a single appointment using a mixture of ENT instruments and microsuction 👨‍⚕️

Patient’s eyes lit up as they felt immediate relief and was able to hear the birds outside and even asking their wife to lower their voice as it was too loud 🔊

Here are images of a patient’s ear pre & post an earwax removal procedure.
The patient contacted me via SMS requesting an appointment last Saturday to have their ears checked as they suffered from symptoms of itching and occasional pain.

On inspection they were bilaterally occluded with earwax.

Post procedure the patient’s symptoms had been relieved and they also noticed an improvement in hearing.

A short clip of a difficult wax removal procedure!! 👨‍⚕️☺️

This patient’s ear was completely impacted with HARD WAX on the day of extraction.
Patient mentioned symptoms of:
1. Pain and itchiness
2. Blockage feeling
3. Hearing loss

Impaction like this was caused by a combination of ear phones and cotton buds usage, pushing the wax and packing it together.

The patient was relieved and ecstatic once it had all been removed and their symptoms had completely cleared.

Contrary to popular belief, the purpose of earwax is actually to keep your ear clean and hygienic. However, too much earwax can lead to symptoms of:
- Hearing loss
- Blocked sensation/occlusion
- Tinnitus
- Dizziness
- Itching/irritation

In the UK, impacted/excessive earwax affects 2.3 million people each year which then has to be removed. But since September 2020, GPs have stopped providing earwax removal services.

BIGGEST LUMP OF EAR WAX!! Super satisfying.

A younger client contacted me complaining of sudden loss of hearing and was really anxious and worried as they were adamant they keep their ears ‘clean’ and feared for the worse.

After confirming the problem was indeed ear wax related and both sides being completely blocked. Once extracted the patient felt an immense amount of relief as they could hear once again.

This footage is of an 18 year old patient who thought his ears “weren’t that bad”. After completing the procedure the patient could not believe the difference in sound and how badly blocked they actually were.

Overtime as wax slowly builds you might not notice the gradual loss of sound. Young or old, ear wax can affect any/everyone.
