What can I say… Mick was amazing. We thought we’d heard rats moving around in the eaves and under the floors. I contacted Mick and he came out straight away and checked and was pretty sure we had but he put down some rat bait (fluorescent under uv!) then returned to confirm … yep they’d been running around everywhere. Then he set traps, checked all possible points of entry around the house, roof, fall pipes etc. He couldn’t see that they’d got in via any of those routes … next step … Mick arranged drain surveys. Surveys showed lots of faults in the drainage around the house where the rats were likely coming in. In the meantime the traps worked … Mick came back a couple of times to check them and found three fat rats. Yuck. Darin’s have now been patched and no rats have been seen since. Mick’s been back a final time to check and remove the traps. To be fair having rats in the house isn’t for the faint hearted and it was stressful… massive thanks to Mick for sorting it out and averting full blown panic in the house . Thank you and I would absolutely recommend Peskys pest control if you’ve any uninvited guests!
