Look how much scale was inside this manhole and drains blocking all drainage within the property

Once we clear the blockage we try to establish the reason for the blockage and carry out the necessary works to prevent future Blockages. On this occasion we wanted to ensure that the pipe was clear so we used the K45 which has a long cable allowing us to clear the pipe fully

It's amazing what we find blocking the sinks. Hair is normal, but a whole make up pencil is an unusual one.

All removed and sink is flowing freely now for one of the tenants at our HMO client

If you have a blocked bath it could be as it's connected to the pipes to other facilities. With this job the stack was full of scale that we were able to inspect from the toilet. This have us a clear view of what we needed to do to get the bath running freely.

It's now flowing but the limescale build up could do with removing to prevent future blockages.

When you arrive just in time to clear the toilet before it overflows on the bathroom floor.

Blockage cleared. Flush test carried out and then a good clean of the toilet

This wasn't pleasant, but honestly could you imagine it in last week's heat. I can tell you from experience it was awful.

We always hope that carrying out CCTV surveys will reassure our customers that everything is fine. Unfortunately, it's not always the case and this tenant has minimum of two drainage rods within the drain lines which we need to get access too to be able to remove them

This tenant reported to their housing.their guttering not working properly. We arrived to clear gutters with our skybac machine but on inspection it was a towel blocking the flow. We managed to access this using our scoops

Using the RIGID flexshaft to reach through the sink pipe with it's small end and bulldosee nozzle has allowed us to reach and remove the build up which is causing this sink to block
