❤️ Every parent wants to believe they’re leaving their child in a safe place.
Little Sophie walks into nursery in the morning. She gives her mum one last hug, hangs up her coat and runs off to play with her favourite toys.
Her mum leaves feeling reassured, knowing her little girl is in good hands. ❤️
The classroom looks spotless. The floors are shining, and everything smells fresh and clean.
But there’s something her mum can’t see.
The door handle touched by dozens of little hands. The light switches. The tables where children eat, play and learn every single day.
All these surfaces may look perfectly clean, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they’re hygienically clean.
And that’s where one of the biggest misconceptions lies:
Just because something looks clean doesn’t mean it’s free from germs.
Children don’t stop to think about what they touch. They’re too busy exploring, discovering and enjoying their little world. ❤️
It’s our responsibility as adults to make that world as safe and healthy as possible.
That’s why cleaning schools, nurseries and other educational facilities means so much more to us than simply mopping floors and wiping away dust.
It’s about the little details that often go unnoticed. A carefully cleaned door handle. A properly sanitised table. The everyday care that helps create a healthier environment.
Because the most important part of our work isn’t making a room look spotless.
It’s helping parents feel reassured when they say goodbye, and giving teachers a clean, welcoming space where children can thrive. ❤️
