I use professional grade gutter vacuums to clear gutters. As you can see it’s well up to the job from the photo of the small footbal pitch I managed to suck out of someone’s gutters today. 😂

Today I swapped these small plastic gutter guards out for these much more suitable ones for a lovely couple in Burley! 🏡

These tiny black guards sit far to low in the down pipe as you can clearly see in the first photo. ❌
A small amount of debris can, and will restric the flow to the down pipe, meaning your gutters could overflow causing damp issues like this customer was experiencing on one of their external walls.

With the first frost this morning this has signalled the end of the 2023 roof cleaning season for myself.

Multiple jobs have been completed this year achieving great results and more then anything, happy customers.

I still have a few to check over in the coming weeks which were finished a month or so ago. Biocides can take up to six months to achieve the end results. But, with the three year manufacturers guarantee for new moss and lichen growth this is by far the best soft washing solution on the market.

I’m now taking bookings for the 2024 roof cleaning season. Because I offer other exterior cleaning services I only have a limited space each year for roof cleans so get yourself booked in as soon as possible to secure your space.

Here’s the most recent roof clean that was finished today just before the rain started. The roof was scraped clear of moss and then treated to kill any moss that remains after the scraping process, which also kills all the black lichen and has given this roof a new lease of life.
