When schools closed back in March, we thought it would be a good experiment to try and grow our own veggies.
We've planted, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, cauliflower, cucumber and lettuce.
The lettuce tastes amazing and we regularly have it but we were absolutely amazed when these came out full size!
We were expecting teeny ones but these are on a dinner plate and you can see they're big!
We ate them last night and they were so tasty!
Going to re sow and hopefully get some more in a few months 🥕🥕

You know.... This must be one of my favourite spots in my house.
Yes weird I know but it makes washing up the non dishwasher items bearable 😁
My family heart which I adore, my Whale Tail and shells that I bought back August from which fits in the whole colour scheme plus some beautiful flowers that may be there a week if I'm lucky 😅

I'm in love with our newly decorated bedroom. Not 100% finished but I'm happy!

Living in an older property it has the most devine high curved ceilings, picture rails, high skirting boards and original doors (that don't shut properly). We are not afraid of colour or dark, due to the high white ceilings the house can take a bit of darkness.
I bit the bullet and decided that the skirting boards and picture rails were going dark too.... I am not disappointed at all in fact I love it, it's so very cosy for a large bedroom.
I purposefully repainted the furniture bright white to give the stark contrast which I think looks fab, a few new crystal handles and they were transformed.
I think the bedding etc are alittle more masculine than I normally go for but I think it's perfectly balanced with the delicate pretty furniture.
I was also overjoyed when I saw the velveteen grey & olive shade in and had to have it there and then 🤩. Anyway, now there's new bedding, I'm jumping in.... Goodnight all
