Following some queries I’ve received, I would like to announce I am currently still working, but following government guidance, I am restricted to external/no contact work only.
i.e. cowl fits
After the heavy storms this winter you may need to check you still have a cowl on your chimney.
Re fitting 1 will stop the birds nesting in your chimney this time of year
10 year warranty with the cowls I fit

Both properties where showing signs of leaks
and damp
The correct chimney pots and venting cowls were added and the whole stack was re-rendered
Even though your property my be central heated and double glazed, your old chimney flue systems need to be vented correctly and need to breath
This will eliminate birds nesting, leaks and damp .
