We have this "Rolls Royce" of stripping tanks available, complete with filter press and draining rack. Tank Measures 3.47m x 1.81m x 1.02m. We have had the tank for a couple of years, and has a 30 wheel capacity and holds around 4000-4500 litres chemical. It's a Three Spires tank with a Lathams filter press. We've been running this alongside a water based 20 capacity tank. Now due to increased numbers, and wheel size, we are looking to move this unit on. (The gantry and hoist are not included). We have detailed tank data going back over the last few months to go with the tank when sold, along with chemical testing reports from our supplier.
He have adapted the tank slightly for increased volume, and have removed the insulation panels from 2 sides to help manage and regulate temperature control. these are easily reconnected ready for the winter, and come with the tank. The tank comes complete with the chemical, and any maintenance advice we can offer post purchase. (Proper maintenance is crucial for getting the best out of this machine)
It's a 16 cake filter press, with new cloths, and the air pump on it has just had new diaphragms fitted.
Cost of this new, with the installation and fitting, excluding chemical is in the region of £70k plus VAT.
