We currently have a vacancy for a part time cleaner on one of our Redcar sites, Kirkleatham business park. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the building. This vacancy is Monday to Friday, 2hrs per shift, 10hours per week. The times of work are 4.30 to 6.30pm. There can be some flexibility on time but can not start work before 4.30pm. You would be working with another member of our team cleaning communal areas, toilets, small kitchens, offices etc. This vacancy is to start straight away. We have a vacancy for a Cleaner to work on one of our sites in Redcar.

Hours of work are 15 hours per week, 3 hours per shift, which will be on a rota over a 7 day week, you would be working alternative weekends and bank holidays if it falls on your day of work. Bank holidays will be paid at a higher rate. Some days you will be working by yourself, other days you will be working with another member of staff. Rate of pay £11.75.

This is a key holder job so at times you will be opening up at the start of your shift, this is an early morning clean which the client likes to be done before the customers begin to enter the premises. Times can vary due to which time of the year it is. The latest you could go in in lighter mornings would be 5.30am but in the winter months this could change to 6.30am.

You will be cleaning, toilets, Locker & shower rooms, Communal areas, & stocking up dispensers.

We currently have a vacancy for a cleaner to work weekends for a Government Authority client who is based in Middlesbrough town Centre. You would be cleaning custody cells, holding areas and dispersal of blankets etc.

Hours and days which are available are:

Every Saturday and Sunday, 6hrs per shift. 12hrs per week. £13.00 per hour.

Alternative weekends Saturday and Sunday, 6hrs per shift, 12hrs every other week.

Every Saturday, 6hrs per shift or Every Sunday, 6hrs per shift.

All the above shifts can be flexible as the Rota will be done on a monthly basis.

Payment of wages is every 4 weeks.

Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential as all training will be provided.

A clear DBS check is required for this role, and this process could take up to a few weeks. We could ask you to work on another site until your clearance was through.

Cleaner required for one of our sites on the Riverside industrial estate, Middlesbrough. 10 hours per week, 2 hrs per day this is a morning clean, there is some flexibility on times but will discuss this in the interview. Could start from 7.30am onwards.cleaning areas consist of two buildings next to each other, one would be a office block with a small kitchenette and two toilets/shower and the other building is a small canteen. You must be able to work as part of a team aswell as on your own, you will be working mostly on your own but they will be times when you will be working with other members of staff. Mobile cleaner required to clean void (end of tenancy & HMO) properties in the Middlesbrough, Redcar & Stockton areas. All cleaning equipment and training will be provided.
Duties need to be completed in accordance to a work specification, you will be required to produce records of the areas cleaned before and after by taken photos and emailing them to head office.
Having your own transport is not essential but if you did not have transport you would need to be able to make your own way to our Redcar office to meet other members of our team who you would be working with. Travel allowance will be paid if you use your own vehicle, a company van can be provided but must be over 25+ ,due to insurance purposes.
Hours can be flexible ranging from 10hrs to 14hrs per week if you do not have your own transport. If you have a valid UK driving licence hours could go up to 40hrs per week over a five day period Monday-Friday, depending on flexibility.
You will be told the previous week what days and times you would be working for the following week.

We currently have a vacancy for a Gardener who has previous experience in strimming, weeding and hedge cutting.
The areas you will cover will be Redcar and Cleveland, Middlesbrough and Stockton. Relevant training for the position will be provided.
This vacancy is seasonal, the hours and times are between Monday- Friday, around 16hrs - 30hrs per week.
You must be flexible and able to cover the necessary shifts when required.

We have a vacancy for a cleaner on one of our sites on Preston Park, Stockton. You will be required to clean offices, toilets, kitchens, canteen and general areas within the building. Duties will include refilling paper products, vacuuming, emptying bins, dusting, and wiping down tables, chairs, desks and skirting boards. Days of work are a Tuesday and Thursday, 4hrs per day. We are looking for a cleaner in the Marske area, you would be cleaning a 1 bedroom holiday let, general cleaning duties would be changing bedding, cleaning a small bathroom, kitchen and frontroom, dusting & vacuuming etc. Frequency is unknown but it would be on a weekly basis, once or twice a week. The access times of cleaning is departure 10am and arrival 4pm so the cleaning could be done between 10am-4pm for 2hrs.
