😊 MEET THE TEAM 😊

Originally from Lancashire, Kay studied Chemistry at Leeds University. After initially pursuing a career in research, Kay moved into Corporate life and spent 15 years working in variety of management roles across Operations and Human Resources for large businesses, including Unilever, Carlsberg Tetley, Vodafone, Lloyds Banking Group and Kingfisher. In the aftermath of the financial crash, fed up with a long commute to The City and frustrated with exchanging her time for money, Kay started looking at different, more flexible ways to earn a living closer to her home in Reading. A long-held passion for property renovation and belief in property as a sound investment, led Kay and her husband Nigel to join Platinum Property Partners, a nationwide property franchise in 2013. After meeting and working with other local franchise partners (now dear friends as well) Snug Shared Living was born in 2015.

Kay’s married to Welshman Nigel and has 2 grown-up step daughters. They live locally in Reading and both enjoy fitness, food, travel, golf and scuba diving.
