As many of my clients know I am of Ukrainian heritage and

My G Plan suite's colour started to come off from the first time I attempted to clean it using the cleaning materials supplied with the suite . Over the first 5 years the manufacturer followed by Peter Green the retailer carried out limited repairs but this did not improve the overall fragility of the finish. I was at the point of replacing the suite, but other than the fragility of the finish, the suite is comfortable and well made. I decided to have one attempt at restoration and after looking at various companies I decided to use Bright and Fresh
Pav at Bright and Fresh is an expert in making restoring leather products. He discovered that the seal on the leather finish was patchy and inadequate and proposed cleaning, re-colouring and sealing. I commissioned him to do this and within a day had completely restored the colour and finish of my suite to a point that it looked brand new. A month on I am now able to clean the suit without fear of the colour coming off. Very happy.

Repairing a builders bodge job. My client had a new kitchen fitted. The builder flooded the kitchen floor with a levelling compound up to and over the underlay, then flopped the carpet over the top leaving a trip hazard. I had to cut the compound back to allow for the correct door bar from hard floor to carpet to be fitted. Fit new gripper rods, then cut in some new underlay before inserting a patch in the carpet. Finally re fitting the carpet.

From carpet cleaning in Reading this morning to rug repairs this afternoon. This poor old Tabriz rug was looking a bit tatty with damaged edging. Some of the warps were loose and needed to be repaired before I started the overcasting but the end result was very satisfying.
