**Job Vacancy **

We are looking for someone to join our small team.
We are a small company based in Grazeley we build and repair the bodies on lorries, like in the pictures.

As the role is an unusual one no previous experience is necessary. However a full UK driving licence is a must as well as willingness to learn, attention to detail, enthusiasm and the desire to make something you would be proud to see driving down the road.

The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
Hourly rate is minimum wage or above depending on experience/ transferable skills.

Do you have the drive and desire to work on projects from start to finish and be proud of what you have produced? If the answer is yes, we would like to hear from you as enthusiasm is important to us and our customers.

The role involves building new bodies on commercial vehicles and repairing damage to the bodies of commercial vehicles.

There will also be general workshop duties to carry out this can include, keeping work areas clear of tools and rubbish, washing vehicles, sorting parts, keeping stores area, and staff rec areas clean and organised. You may also be required to work at customers sites from time to time with another member of staff, as well as any other duties that management may require.

No formal qualifications necessary, however having experience of using power tools would be desirable, either through previous work or as a hobby.

We are a small business so being one of the team is just as important as being happy to work on your own.

If you love working with your hands and are good at getting things to work as well as having the desire to learn as you are working, then this could be the job for you.

Hours of work 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We are based in Grazeley, Reading, so own transport essential as there is limited public transport.

Starting salary will be in line with living wage or above depending on age and previous experience/qualifications.
