Professional decluttering & home organising service in Reading, Caversham, Wokingham & surrounds That's where I can help. Minimum booking 2 hours per session.

Reclaim Your Space is a bespoke decluttering and home organising service catering to Reading and surrounds. I will work closely with you to create restful, accessible, and comfortable spaces that work for you and your family. Many of us feel overwhelmed by the amount of clutter in our homes. It can be hard to keep on top of things - maybe due to long hours at work, child care responsibilities, having limited space, or simply not knowing where to start. I provide friendly, non-judgemental, and hands-on assistance with:

- Clearing out
- Downsizing
- Combining households
- Hobby rooms
- Wardrobe sorting
- Kitchens and pantries
- Sheds and outbuildings
- Pre-move clear outs
- Post-move unpacking
- and more! My prices are as follows:

- Hourly rate: £25/h

- Mileage: If you live within 15 miles of my home in Reading, I will not charge you mileage. Further out, a rate of £0.40/mile will apply. I hold a waste carrier licence, public liability insurance, and a current DBS check. All my services are completely confidential. Interested? Get in touch for a free online consultation today!

The eagle-eyed among you may have spotted the page has had a little refresh. Just changing up the colours to be more in line with the look of my website - have you been there yet?

It's been quiet here but I still exist, I promise - I'm just running around everywhere at the moment! I'm still keen to hear from you and I particularly look forward to working with some of you soon.

Exciting news! Reclaim Your Space has a new home. You can now find me outside FB at reclaimyourspace.co.uk.

I'll still be updating this page, but all the key information about bookings, pricing, how to contact me, and the services I provide is now conveniently located in one place. Come on over and give it a look!

'I've gone back to college and I need a dedicated study space' was my mission brief from Urban Dryad for my last visit. This rarely used corner had become a bit of a catch-all, but we transformed it into a new home for all their course materials and a place to display some of their art postcards to boot.

Reclaim Your Space is two years old!

March 2023 was when I started seeing my first clients, trying to figure out if this whole business idea had legs. Two years on, I'm still going, still loving it, and immensely grateful to everyone who has trusted me with their home, their things, and their stories.

It's been a bit quiet on this page lately, but I've been beavering away in the background with ongoing work and updating my online presence. (Stay tuned for a website launch in April!)

If I've worked with you some time in the past two years, I would love to hear from you in the comments! How are you doing? What's good in your life right now?

Rave reviews from a recent client! I loved working with Orla and her household, who are currently in the process of merging two homes prior to looking for a bigger one. Negotiating space in a shared house is often tricky, especially when things are in flux, and I am super proud of how much we achieved together!

Reading locals! I currently have a couple of spots available for regular, weekly or bi-weekly cleans. Just want somebody to show up and make your chores go away? Looking for a cleaner who's reliable, friendly, and non-judgemental? Drop me a line today.

✨ Service Spotlight: The Rescue Tidy✨

Feel like you're in over your head? House inspection coming up? Struggling with your mental or physical health? Or maybe it's just been a bit much lately and it's hard to catch up. The Rescue Tidy is focused on getting rid of roadblocks and leaving your entire home neater, more navigable and more presentable. This can also include light cleaning, such as dusting, hoovering, and washing up.

If you ever feel unsure about 'letting somebody in to see that,' I'm here to help. Just drop me a line!

✨Service Spotlight: Moving Out/Moving In✨

The best time to have a big, thorough clear out is before you move house. The second best time is after! But moving is a stressful time all round, so I'll be there to give moral support and practical help. Merging households a speciality.

✨Service Spotlight: The Wardrobe Edit✨

Is your wardrobe full but you still can't find anything to wear? I'll be a sounding board and second pair of hands for bringing out the clothes you'll love to put on in the morning. Cut down on decision paralysis and make it easier to find the outfits you really enjoy. As part of the service, I can take away any unwanted clothes and pass them to an appropriate charity.

✨ Service Spotlight: The Room Reset✨

Maybe you have one or more rooms in your house that need some TLC. This could be a bedroom, spare room, kitchen, loft room or all of the above. We'll tackle surfaces, cupboards, and other storage together and clear out things that are no longer wanted or needed. At the end of the session, we'll put the room back together in a way that works better for you.

Is this you? Drop me a line to find out more!
