Well Hi 2026 ☯️

I have been quiet the last week as I have needed to reflect on the past year before jumping into a new, fresh year!

I think Christmas and New year are busy, hopefully happy but sometimes pressured times. Full of emotions and is a very tiring time. I have slept in today, because why not! My body needed it - I have learnt to listen to my body and I let myself rest and I have woken up to this amazing scenery.

Looking at this beautiful sight outside my home reminds me that I am lucky, it grounds me and I can fully appreciate my surroundings.

Studies have shown that a clean more organised home directly improves mental health and wellbeing. We become calmer, more focused, less anxious, overwhelmed, stressed and our mood becomes more positive. We are able to relax and enjoy our home environment to its full potential. A clean home can be a form of self care and important to our wellbeing.

I am a hard worker, with a good work ethic, I don't mind rolling my sleeves up and getting stuck in, I believe in a good day's work and provide a professional friendly service to a high standard. I see many benefits in the physical and mental aspects to cleaning and homemaking both for myself and my clients I genuinely enjoy it and know I have done a good day's work when that clean is finished.

With a background in counselling, I work with empathy, care, and I'm non judgemental. A good listener that loves a chat while I work so this means I enjoy my clients being home while I clean if they need to be. I have knowledge of behavioural and mental health issues which may affect my clients so sensitivity and understanding to specific needs will be taken into consideration.

I'm passionate about people and put my clients at the centre of the service I provide, the happiness of who I am cleaning for and supporting within the home is my main priority, therefore you will get a trustworthy, friendly, personal, caring service tailored to you.
