If you reckon £200-400 for a deep clean is "taking the biscuit"... you’ve clearly never stood in a proper lived-in house with your Marigolds on, scrubbin’ grime that’s been sat there since last Christmas! 😭🔥
It’s easy to look at a price and have a whinge... until you realise a "deep clean" isn’t just a quick wipe over. It’s back-breaking work—climbing, scrubbin' on your hands and knees, moving heavy sofas, and getting into all them nooks and crannies that most folk ignore on purpose. 🙌
That money isn't just for the time. It’s the effort. It’s the physical graft. It’s the cleaning gear, the petrol, and hours of non-stop mooching about till the job's done right. You don't sit down for a brew until every inch is spotless. 💪💪
That bathroom didn't get mucky in five minutes... yet some folk expect it to be "mint" again in an hour.
So aye, it might look pricey ... until you actually see the sweat that goes into getting it back to looking brand new. 😌
