Roast potatoes:
Boil the peeled and cut potatoes for at least 10 mins.
Give a good shake in the pot .
Leave to dry in the pot for 5 mins.
Coat with hot oil and transfer onto a baking tray, into the oven at 190.
Turn regularly until golden brown.
Season with coarse ground pepper and sea salt.
Crunchingly delicious 😋
