Mobile Commercial Cleaner
Pay: £12.71– £13.50 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Location: Yorkshire (Mobile Role)
Job Overview
Trojan Facilities Management is recruiting an experienced Mobile Commercial Cleaner to support our growing portfolio across Yorkshire and nationwide.
This is a mobile role, working across a wide range of commercial environments including offices, gyms, and leisure facilities, delivering consistently high standards.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
We operate a 24/7 service, with the majority of shifts taking place between 9:00pm – 9:00am. Flexibility is essential, as working hours will vary depending on business needs.
A 4-week rota will be provided in advance.
You are expected to manage your time effectively and take ownership of your assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out commercial cleaning across:
• Offices
• Gyms and leisure facilities
• Communal areas
• Washrooms
• Kitchens
• Corridors and entrances
• Travel between multiple sites daily as part of a mobile cleaning role
Use cleaning equipment, machinery, and chemicals safely in line with COSHH regulations
Follow cleaning schedules, method statements, and company SOPs at all times
Complete site checklists and report any issues, defects, or concerns promptly
Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Work independently and take ownership of your sites and responsibilities
Represent Trojan Facilities Management in a professional and positive manner
Additional Requirements (The Trojan Way)
We operate nationwide, and from time to time you will be required to attend one-off, specialist, or project works outside of Yorkshire
Advance notice will always be provided, however flexibility is a non-negotiable part of this role
You will be expected to support the wider team by covering sickness, holidays, and additional workload when required
The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel where required to support business needs
This role is for someone who understands that we deliver, wherever the job is
Essential Requirements
• Previous commercial cleaning experience (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to travel across Yorkshire and surrounding areas
• Flexible and able to work night shifts (majority of shifts are nights)
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH
• Right to work in the UK
