At Cinderella Services, I value your time and appreciate the opportunity to care for your home. To ensure fair and efficient scheduling for all clients, please note the following cancellation policy:
β€’ Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice – No charge.
β€’ Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled clean – A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
β€’ Same-day cancellations – The full amount of the scheduled service will be charged.

I understand that unexpected things come up, and I always do my best to be flexible. However, short-notice cancellations directly impact my schedule and business, which is why this policy is necessary.
