Hi everyone,

We've had a bit of a week, sorry if we haven't been able to get back to you as quickly as usual.

Unfortunately our little pooch has had to undergo two spinal surgeries this week. He came home today and has a long recovery ahead. The hours/times that I'm working will be dependant on how he's coping each day, so please bear with us.

If you could please leave a message, we will pick it up and get back to you as soon as we possibly can.

We have now swept the last chimney of 2025. We are now closed and will reopen on Monday 5th January 2026.

Appointment availability

It feels like we post this message earlier each year, but with the exception of two appointments (which i'll detail below), we are now fully booked for this year.

Thank you for your continued support, our little family business wouldnt survive without you. Also a thank you for your patience, as we know sometimes there can be a longer wait for an appointment at this time of year.

If you do need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please could we ask that you contact the office in plenty of time. This allows for us to offer the appointment to another customer on the cancellation list.

Any spare cancellation appointments will be posted on our page.

The two remaining appointments are:-

APPOINTMENT NOW BOOKED Tuesday 2nd December - Withnall area - PM appointment.

Wednesday 3rd December - Chipping - PM appointment.

We've been super busy these past few months booking in appointments for the Autumn/Winter season.

We know that with Andy being the main man 💪 and the only sweep within the business, it can sometimes be a bit of a wait for an appointment. So thank you for sticking with us and for your patience whilst we navigate these busy months ahead.

For quite some time, we have been receiving enquiries, asking if Andy has ever trained any other chimney sweeps.

We would just like to clarify that Andy has never trained or been involved in training any other chimney sweeps.

We pride ourselves on being a small family business, with Andy being the 3rd generation to sweep chimneys within the family 😁

We have now tried to contact all September rebooks. Please be aware, we only have a very limited number of appointments remaining for certain areas.

October rebooks will be contacted in August once I am back in the office, please try to get back to us ASAP as appointments will go very quickly 😁

Sadly, we need to share that Varley lost his brave fight on Friday.

He spent his 11 years as Andy's sweeping sidekick. Only the bravest chimney sweep picks a fluffy white dog to become his work bestie when dealing with soot every day!

Varley was a gentle boy, who loved everybody he met, especially if you had a treat in your pocket.

Thank you for welcoming him into your homes, for the walks when Andy was busy sweeping and for the playtimes with all your fur babies - he loved every minute.

We know a lot of you will miss him as much as we do.

Office Closure

We have decided to take a two week break this year over the Summer 🌞

We will be closed on Friday 25th July and will reopen on Monday 11th August 2025.

Due to the volume of calls that we receive, the answer machine will be switched off during this period.

We will be trying to make contact with September rebooks before we go on leave, so be ready by your phones 🤣
