Graffiti that appeared overnight

Graffiti is the job that can’t wait. It turns up overnight, it’s visible, it’s often offensive, and every day it stays up it does more damage to how the building’s seen.

It also can’t just be blasted off. The wrong approach can cause damage to the building or leaves a ghost image that’s worse than the tag. It needs the right chemicals and the right technique for the surface you’re actually dealing with.

We remove it cleanly, without leaving a shadow of where it was. And while we’re there, if the surrounding wall or area needs bringing back to match, we’ll sort that too.
Gone properly, not just faded. There’s a difference, and it shows.

The render that’s gone red-grey-green

Render is one of those things you stop seeing. It goes on white or cream, and over a few years it drifts to red/grey-greenso gradually that you never notice the day it changed. Then you see a photo from when you moved in, and the difference is a bit of a shock.

Render needs a gentler approach than a driveway. Too much pressure and you’ll strip the surface or force water behind it, which causes more problems than the algae ever did. We use the right method for the surface, which on render means a soft, thorough clean that lifts the growth without harming what’s underneath.

Back to the colour it’s meant to be. It’s still a bit of a surprise every time.

The most powerful thing we can tell a commercial client is that we turn up when we say we will.
It sounds like nothing. It should be the baseline. But ask any facilities manager about their worst supplier and you’ll hear the same stories: the cleaner who didn’t show, the quote that never arrived, the job left half-finished with a promise to come back that never came.

We answer the phone. We arrive on the day. We do the work to the standard we agreed, and we leave the site clean.

That’s the whole pitch. It’s only worth saying because so few others can say it and mean it.

Plenty of people own a pressure washer. That doesn’t make them a cleaning company.

None of that is clever. Most of it is just doing what you said you’d do. But anyone who’s hired a trade and then spent a fortnight chasing them knows how thin on the ground it is.
