1) Professional Design schemes (new dwellings, extensions, loft / garage conversions, commercial dwellings ie. aggricultural, Retail, industrial, educational buildings etc) including full reports for planning applications. Target groups are:
a) Developers and Builders
b) Self build projects, Landowners
c) Homeowner
2) Full and complete detailing work. Drawings for building regulation approval and

full site working drawings for developers, landowners and homeowners.
3) Accurate building material Quantities. This is aimed at the builders merchants but can also be useful for self build projects when budgeting for projects.
4) Site supervision. Take the hassle out of choosing competent builder, signing contracts, agreeing payments and arrange paying builders for quality work whilst avoiding up front payments.
