You will have the same cleaner for every clean. All our cleaners are vetted (interviewed in their own home, referenced and police checked*). Therefore we go out of our way to make the process as easy as possible for you. We will offer you advice and support from the start. We will listen carefully to what you want. Once you have a household cleaner in place we will check that everything is meeting your expectations. If not then we will strive to fix it quickly.
