vice to landlords at the end of a tenancy agreement wherein we can completely, or partly re-decorate a property, clean all carpets, laminates, doors, windows, kitchen cupboards, worktops, remove paint from plug sockets, replace lamp shades / bulbs, silicon around bath/showers and sink units so the property is ready for the next tenant. We can also remove rubbish/ unwanted furniture or items left by the previous tenants at an additional cost, however, the cleaning of the property is included in the price of the decorating in most cases.

Here is a rental property that we have just re painted in St Anne's On Sea, for the Landlord.

We team up on major refurbishment jobs and can project manage everything from scheduling in new carpets, bathrooms, kitchens, removal of unwanted furniture etc during the refurb, this takes all the hassle away from the Landlord in having to schedule and order materials etc.

I do feel sorry for Landlords sometimes, especially when tenants leave a house in such a filthy condition.
This is a property in Ansdell which now requires a complete refurbishment.
Work commenced today, stripping off the wall paper. We will eventually re-decorate the whole property.
