Preparing for Your Vale and White Clean 😇
To help us provide the highest standard of service, we kindly ask that your home is prepared before your scheduled clean. A little preparation allows our team to focus their time on what they do best—delivering exceptional cleaning results.
As our good friend Elsie sausage demonstrates in the photo, please ensure cleaners are promoted prior if pets are to be kept in certain areas/rooms. For indoor cats like Pearl, ensure cleaners are informed about keeping windows closed, as we do like to air out your houses when possible.
Before your appointment, please ensure rooms are generally tidy, with floors clear of clothing, toys and other items where possible. This allows us to clean every surface efficiently without spending valuable time organising belongings.
Please also ensure your vacuum cleaner, mop and any other cleaning equipment you provide are clean, in good working order, and easily accessible, with any necessary attachments available. If we spend time locating equipment or resolving issues with it, this reduces the time available for cleaning.
Although our cleaners always treat your home and possessions with the utmost care and respect, we recommend that valuable, fragile or sentimental items are stored safely away before your appointment. While every precaution is taken, removing irreplaceable items from working areas helps prevent accidental damage and provides complete peace of mind.
