We spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping, in bed. So it only makes sense our duvets are working for us and not against us. Poor sleep conditions and environments impact our lives more than we’ve ever thought.
So here are some tips to help you getting that perfect nights sleep (don’t forget to save!)

1. Flipping Duvets!:
Duvets aren’t too dissimilar to your mattress. Every couple of months, flip and rotate your duvet.

2. Give it a shake:
Fibres can start to clump and so it’s important to give your duvet a good shake and let it breathe opened up.

3. Accidents, accidents and more accidents:
They happen and will continue to do so. But what’s important is spot cleaning (or a good opportunity to have it fully cleaned) the stained area ASAP. To ensure stains are totally removed, the quicker you act the better.

4. Use a Duvet Cover:
A duvet cover acts as a protective barrier for your duvet, preventing it from getting stained or soiled. It's much easier to clean a duvet cover than the duvet itself. Choose a cover that is easy to remove and wash, and make sure it fits your duvet properly.

5. Storage:
When not in use, store your duvet in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing it in plastic bags or airtight containers, as it can trap moisture and lead to mold or mildew growth. Instead, use a breathable cotton storage bag or a duvet cover to protect it from dust.

6. Washing and airing:
Follow care labels for washing and drying to ensure your duvet lasts. Different manufacturers and different duvets mean no two are the same. Here , we’ve become experts of these things.
