TERMS & CONDITIONS UPDATED
DEPOSITS
I require a 50% non-transferable deposit to secure bookings for one-off/ deep cleans only. This secures the date for you and is not transferable to another date or to another customer/ property. If you cancel the booking, you will lose your deposit.
I do not hold deposits for my regulars.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your appointment within 48 hrs you will be required to pay a Cancellation fee of 50% of your arranged fee.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hrs you will be required to pay 100% of your arranged fee.
If I turn up for the job booked in but cannot access the property a full payment fee will be charged.
If a rearrangement can be sorted for the same week then the fees will not apply.
4 weeks notice is to be given to end contract
PAYMENT
All payments are to be made by the end of the week unless monthly upfront payments have been discussed.
Payments that have not been made by the last working day of the month a 10% charge will be added to the invoice.
PHOTOS
I take βbefore and afterβ photos to share on my social media as an advertisement for my work. I am grateful to all my customers who let me share photos of their homes and businesses β you are my best advert!
