We will be opening our Dry Cleaners tomorrow - August 6th.
Opening times are 10.30am-5.00pm.
We will release our weekly opening times once this trial run is complete.
Please respect our 1 in, 1 out policy.

Our Laundrette is open for service washes Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. Coin ops remains closed to the public for the time being.

Monday: 8.30am-5.30pm
Tuesday: 8.30am-5.30pm
Wednesday: 8.30am-5.30pm
Thursday: 8.30am-5.30pm
Friday: 8.30am-5.30pm
Saturday: closed
Sunday: closed

🧼Our coin op and dry cleaners will remain closed for the time being, we are hoping to open within the next couple of weeks but we will keep you posted.

This week we are open for service wash drop offs and collections:
Tuesday 9-5
Thursday 9-5
Friday 9-5
We will be keeping our coin op doors closed to the public for the time being.
We will update you next week on any changes.

Our commercial customers will be able to request their usual service as of 13/07/20: emails have been sent. If you have not received one but require a pick up please call the store on 01745854285 on one of the days listed above.

We are still operating on Tuesdays and Fridays 9-5 each week using non contact service.
We are still offering collection and delivery services to anyone vulnerable or isolating.
If you wish to arrange this service please call the shop on 01745854285 on Tuesday or Friday between 9-5.

❗️*IMPORTANT INFO*❗️
re: opening times, collections and deliveries!

As of next week 30/03/2020 our service wash facilities will only be available every Tuesday and Friday, from 9am-5pm!

Our van services will run every Monday and Thursday for our key worker contracts, and any vulnerable people self isolating that have requested this service.

🚛If you are self isolating and need to use our services - we are using a no contact collection and delivery service, payments must be made via telephone.

CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT
Due to the increasing concerns around COVID-19 our coin op laundrette will be closed to the public as of today 23/03/2020.
As of 24/03/2020 we will be facilitating service washes using the third door(clearly sign posted from our usual door) on the front of our building as a collections and drop off point. You can leave your items with us to be laundered and then collect them, or you can arrange to have a pick up and drop off service to your door.
We ask that you bring your items in either a disposable bag or a cloth bag that can be washed and disinfected with your laundry.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but we hope you understand!

🚛If you're unable to leave your house to use our coin op machines we are now offering a collection and drop off service for domestic laundry (clothes, towels, bedding etc)
🧼Here at Monarch we protect against nasty bacterias and viruses all year round - our laundry detergents are high standard with additional disinfectant properties. We are also following all government guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff and the public.

A lot of older people don't have facebook - if any of your older (or vulnerable) relatives use our coin op or dry cleaning services please get them to give us a call on 01745854285.
We are happy to pick up and drop off their items to them.
Along with anything else they need that we can help them with.
