The BMW M240i is back in the studio!

After our last post highlighting the poorly finish from the painter, we helped the owner and the door has been professionally repainted by one of our trusted colleagues, and it’s now back with us for the final transformation: a full machine polish and a high-grade ceramic coating to lock in that perfect finish.

We’ve also got a Hyundai in, getting treated with Lanoguard for comprehensive underbody rust protection.

Whether it’s paint perfection or chassis preservation, we’ve got both covered.

Sprinter LWB Conversion update
We are back at ICON to strip out the van.
Removing the mineral fibre that's been holding the moisture, creating rusting inside out of the panels.
The sets and electrics and been removed and the van emptied to a shell.

Lotus Emira was in to remove bird limescale from the paintwork and polish it out.
The Emira has a coating protection but we can still work on it and remove it.

The building work is coming along nicely and all will be shown soon.

We are working with our good friends at ICON horseboxes to strip and convert a rally team Sprinter service day van, into a camper.

We'd like to show you issues from van conversions and what you can find. In the panels here we have household loft insulation mineral fibre, that holds all the moisture when gets wet. In the panels you can see when removed you can wring out wet fibre, that is rusting panels from the inside out.
