😭😭 Unfortunately I don’t want to write status like this… but I’ve had 4 cancellations over the last 2 days, I’ve turned clients or potentially new clients away for basic and deep cleans as I had them booked in first as it was a first come… i understand some people’s reasons and understand their situation but when I remind you the night before and basically blank me or come up with a half soul reason it isn’t acceptable, I’m trying to make a living… so come the new year I will be asking for deposits if you are a new customer especially when it’s a holiday season as I will need to cover myself and staff…
