Due to our continued growth, we're looking for an enthusiastic Full-Time Supervisor / Driver to become a key part of our friendly and professional team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supervising and supporting our cleaning teams across a variety of prestigious properties.
Driving between sites in a company vehicle.
Ensuring our exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and customer service are maintained.
Training, motivating and supporting team members.
Carrying out quality inspections and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard.
What We're Looking For:
A full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A positive, reliable, can-do attitude.
Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is desirable but not essential.
Someone who leads by example and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
