I'm very happy to say that from July onwards I will be accepting new customers as a solo self employed, fully trained, insured and dependable cleaner.

No more staff, just me doing what I do best...helping the community and giving as good as I can.

Currently taking bookings for one off cleans, End of tenancy cleans, student and air BnB.

I can only help with repeat cleans in the PO6 2 area of Cosham or evening cleans. This will change in September when my toddlers gets to join Nursery. End of tenancy, one off and air b&b I can cover all of Portsmouth, Portchester, havant and Fareham.

I can offer Carpet cleaning, Oven cleaning and the high standard of cleaning I always gave as a solo cleaner.

Currently I am able to accept new Ironing/Laundry customers, on a drop off and collect from me basis. Usually ready to collect in 24 to 48 hours.

Good morning.

Due to the unreliability of former staff, former staff stealing from me and the thousands of pounds worth of debt I am now in. I will be closing Beautifully Cleaned immediately.

We will reopen when I have a reliable team and our poorly staff are back.

If you would like me to keep your space please let me know.

If not I will close our books, send any final invoices, issue any refunds and returns keys.

Thank you for supporting me and my faithful team members. It has been an amazing 10 years, sadly I'm a single disabled parent and cannot return to the physical side of things as I did before, therefore it's my time to give up chasing a failing dream and take a few weeks off. I need it, especially after my last 2 week attempt at a holiday was spent trying to explain why people weren't getting cleans and still paying for them.

I'm tired, broken and deflated.

Hello everyone. I'm shelley, single mum and small business owner at Beautifully Cleaned
Myself and my team of 3 have been cleaning in the area for 10 years now and always provide a 5* service.

All products, tools, equipment and insurance is included in our prices. No long contracts, same person every visit, no cash handling and all communication is via whatsapp (Im hard of hearing).

I'd like to offer 20% to all new customers who book cleans with us this month, your 20% off will last 1 month from your first clean.

I did something scary today and went on the BBC News South and BBC radio solent, it wasn't planned and I hadn't had chance to eat, shower or even brush my hair until 7pm tonight.

I owe you all a big Thank You! This is to all my amazing team and our customers, and everyone who has reached out in between. Your support, humanity, warmth and willingness to continue with us has not gone unnoticed.

As most of you know we have struggled to with Eastern road closures, this contributed to me having to let go of one of our valued team members and is the sole reason we lost a large contract and several customers who were on strict time restrictions. That was a 12k loss for this year alone.

Saying this we/I will continue to push forward, after 10 years of dedication, a pandemic, homelessness, becoming a single mum of a child under 2 and learning to live with multiple health complications I will not give up and nor will my wonderful team.

Thank you each and every one of you, for every single act of kindness you have shared with us as a whole.
