I appreciate and respect my customers, the newbie’s and the returners, and I’m very grateful for those rugs that need a bit of tlc. Tlc is good, caring for a horse’s winter coat as I do my own horses coats.

I must apologise for the slow service on rugs. I have two horses myself and know how important it is to have good rugs ready when needed. Sadly I'm arranging another funeral, this time my aunt, and supporting dad who's now lost his sister as well as his wife this year.

Things will improve, that's a promise.

I must apologise to my customers for the delay in getting rugs done and my lack of contact for the past months.
Sadly my mum passed away having been unwell for a while. It has been an honour to look after a very special person who will be sadly missed.
Life is now settling into a routine again thankfully.

My partner Roger has been a huge help keeping the business going and I’m now catching up with repairs and contacting people to say their rugs are done.

Thank you for the support, I’m looking forward to seeing everyone and catching up with the gossip.

A sad day with the passing of our Queen, a woman to be admired, I hope all her nearest and dearest were with her at the end, and can support each other in the flood of emotions that will follow.

Busy, busy with the rugs, washing etc. The weather is finally good for drying in the South Downs air.
So I'm offering a special, six rugs or more and the lowest priced will be done for FREE.
Savvy Rug Washing, easy to get to, the farm is at the end of Mile Oak Road. BN41 2RF.
Drop off and collect from outside my unit or via the farm shop's feed building.
Maybe treat yourself to tea and cake at the cafe whilst you're here.

Open Monday to Saturday 9 till 5.

Free loo roll with every rug wash 🤣

Seriously, I don't know about you guys but we are doing our bit at this time of upheaval to maintain some sort of normality.
We're offering a free collection service for any number of rugs, just text yard name and postcode, and we will work out a collection route on a Friday and Saturday to pick and return.
Payment by bank transfer, no 'dirty' money 😁 Convenient and a worry removed, we can have those rugs ready to use again when needed.
I hope we can help hard working horse owners and maybe make a few smile.
