Cancelation policy - Victorias cleaning services

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place you will be subject to a pentalty charge of HALF the cost of the quote giving at the time of booking.

hours or less then the penalty charge required will be the FULL cost of the quote given at the time if booking

To avoil a cancellation fee then please reschedule your clean within 48 hours of your appointment.

🌟Just a little post to describe a deep clean
🌟everything moved to middle of the room!
🌟everything cleaned on top and behind & under!
🌟walls, tiles, and sockets switches leads, pipes!
🌟every window, window panels in all the gaps!
🌟door, door frames, tops of doors!
🌟inside radiators!
🌟skirting boards, coaving, walls, lightings!
🌟all kitchen applicants absolutely everything!
🌟windows doors inside and out!
🌟clean of all floors of all furniture!
🌟sofa underneath cushions hovered
🌟Inside microwave clean out of toaster
🌟there’s isn’t one thing in your home that we won’t clean only oven and inside cupboards and fridge unless you request these then of course we will do these too!!!!!
