We provide fresh meals and deliver to people who are in need of help at meal times, or for those who may not be capable of preparing it themselves.

JOB POST ----PERMANENT--£13-£15 PH DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE AND HIGHLY MOTIVATED COOK TO JOIN OUR KITCHEN STAFF.

COOKING DAYS ARE TUESDAY'S, THURSDAYS & SATURDAY'S HOWEVER YOU MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO COVER OTHER DAYS IF NECESSARY.

MINIMUM 20HRS PER WEEK.

WEEKLY PAY BETWEEN £13 - £15 PH ( DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING :

-MINIMUM 2 YEARS KITCHEN EXPERIENCE.

- EXPERIENCE PREPARING AND COOKING MEALS ON A LARGE SCALE.

- HOLD A LEVEL 2 FOOD HYGIENE CERTIFICATE OR HIGHER.

- CONFIDENCE WORKING ALONE AS WELL AS PART OF A TEAM.

- FLEXIBILITY

- FULL DRIVING LICENCE

-WASH UP RETURNED TRAYS AND CLEAN TRANSPORT BOX
- KEEP CAR CLEAN AND TIDY
-HAVE A POSITIVE AND FRIENDLY ATTITUDE TOWARDS COLLEUGES AND CUSTOMERS

USE OF OWN CAR IS ESSENTIAL
HOLD A FULL DRIVING LICENCE IS ESSENTIAL

We are looking for a reliable and highly motivated individual to join our team.
Must be available Monday - Saturday.
This position is a combination of kitchen assistant and delivery driver.

Approx 15-30 hours per week.

You will be provided with a fuel allowance when you are delivering.
Must have your own car and carry your own business insurance policy.
JOB INCLUDES DELIVERING MEALS TO THE ELDERLY INCLUDING ENTERING THEIR HOMES AND WARMING UP MEALS- Successful applicant must have a can do positive and caring attitude.

Approx 20-25 DROPS ON AVG PER DAY, MANY AREAS COVERED- Successful applicant must be confident delivering to any area including Bridgend and pontardawe, and must be confident working in a busy kitchen.

A FULL DBS CHECK WILL BE DONE ON SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT!
*Food hygiene certificate and previous experience within the food industry is preferred*
